ITO-Films for Projective Capacitive Touch Panels

Ushine has developed the ITO-film for the application in projective capacitive touch panels. The ITO-film has low b-index and excellent invisibility.

  • Substrate material : Optical grade PET

  • Substrate thickness : 50 μm ~ 188 μm

  • Substrate hard-coating : Single or double side

  • Sputtered layers : ITO (indium tin oxide) with index matching

  • Surface resistivity : 150 ~ 300 Ω /□

  • Visual light transmittance : greater than 89%

  • Low b-index

  • Crystallized thin-film structure

  • Suitable for G/F/F and G/F structure
